Make sure you are using the latest build of Acronis software. If you are using a demo version, please download the latest build. To find out the build number of the installed software, please open the About dialog. For wizard-based software, the About dialog is accessible from the wizard window system menu that could be opened by clicking the top left corner of the window frame.

In your e-mail please include the product name, version, build number, software registration information and the version of your operating system.
